Conflict Support For The People

Get support for a conflict in your life with Abbi. You can choose to explore the conflict through the lens of Real Dialogue, the nervous system and Polyvagal Theory or through your own somatic experience. Real Dialogue offers skills and a way of talking that can shift difficult conversations into generative conflict and understanding. The lens of the nervous system and Polyvagal Theory offers empowering information around belonging, activation/triggers, and co-regulation. Exploring a conflict through your somatic experience can support your own regulation to be able to return to the relationship with more capacity. One person seeking support, sign up for one hour.
